The Privacy Policy describes the purpose for which we collect personal data and how it is processed, in accordance with the standards set out in applicable legislation:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – EU Official Journal L 119 of 04.05.2016;

the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, uniform text: U. of 2018, item 108 as amended.

Purpose: We process personal data:

  1. recruiting people to work at Celius Sp. z o.o. or to work for our clients;
  2. by conducting the implementation of applications and project management services for our clients;
  3. by providing training and management consultancy;
  4. providing mobile management, monitoring and control services.

We collect and process only the data that is necessary to perform these services.

Method: We use a database of candidates who send us their data in response to our advertisements.

We use candidates’ or suppliers’ personal data for administrative purposes, reporting on the professional services they provide, issuing invoices, etc.

We contact legal entities on matters relating to the provision of their services: we inform them of job vacancies and, with their consent, pass their data on to our clients.

BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process personal data on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data given in the system or in a written statement, because it is necessary for the performance of a contract, (e.g. a contract of employment) or it is necessary for the conclusion of such a contract, as it is required for the performance of a legal obligation incumbent upon Celius Sp. z o.o, because processing is necessary for purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by Celius Sp. z o.o. or a third party, such as direct marketing of its own products, projects or services, assertion of claims by virtue of business activities or the use of data to control access to buildings and premises.

PLACE OF PROCESSING

Data may be processed at Celius Sp. z o.o., as well as at our customers’ premises.

The processing of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy may involve the transfer of data to other countries, including countries outside the European Union. If the law of the country to which the data is transferred provides a level of data protection different from that of Poland, we will ensure that the level of protection of personal data in that country is deemed adequate by the European Commission or we will enter into an agreement with that entity guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.

RETENTION PERIOD

The period for which personal data is retained is a maximum of 2 years from the moment of its receipt.

RIGHTS

Any person whose data we hold has the right to access and obtain a copy, rectify, be forgotten or to erase, restrict or object to its processing.

If a data subject whose data we hold considers that we have breached the provisions of the GDPR by processing their personal data, they can contact us by email: oinfo@celius.pl. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

SECURITY

To ensure the security of data, we use passwords, firewalls, continuously monitor IT systems and follow security procedures.
